    Terms of the Deal

The mutually beneficial agreement will see Videoslots launch its Mr Vegas brand in Pennsylvania next year under the operating license of Caesars Entertainment.

Alexander Stevendahl, Videoslots CEO, said: "We are excited to start executing our plans in the US, which has huge growth potential, starting with the great state of Pennsylvania.

"Thanks to a distinctive name like Mr Vegas and an innovative product, I am confident it will become one of the casinos of choice for players."

Mr Vegas is one of the popular online casinos across major European markets, including Sweden, UK, and Denmark. Its presence in some of the best-regulated ones in the world demonstrates Videoslots' ability to stay competitive in all market conditions. Having enjoyed significant success in these regions, the entry into the US market will be another significant milestone in the company's strategy. The Group is aiming for similar success in the US, which will propel them further towards their goal of becoming "the world's leading casino operator."

Pennsylvania is one of the most populated iGaming jurisdictions in North America, making it an excellent starting point for the Group's US ambitions. This joint venture with one of the largest gambling companies in the US will boost the company's market reach while enabling them to pursue further market acquisitions and opportunities for the brand across other states that regulate online gambling.

With many states already on the regulated betting train and more looking to hop on, the company has many opportunities for its expansion goals. Although the Group has focused chiefly on its European operations, an entry into the regulated US market will definitely be a big advantage for it.

    Other Strategic Decisions

Prior to the announcement of this joint venture, Videoslots had revealed the appointment of a new Head of Casino in February, a move geared towards maintaining its "internal promotions strategy." The executive position was filled by Henrik Enesund, a Swedish native who began working for the online casino operator as a customer service agent five years ago.

This development also adds to the long list of other partnerships in its portfolio, including recent agreements with Authentic Gaming and BetGames.TV.
