VizExplorer to Become Technological Partner of Palms Casino Resort

There’s a lot of ongoing activity regarding the planned reopening of Palms Casino Resort. In a Tuesday announcement, the popular land-based casino revealed that top intelligence solutions provider for casinos, VizExplorer, will become a partner.

VizExplorer will deploy its player development solutions program, “hostVizOps,” to the Las Vegas branch of Palms Casino. This comes as the casino operator seeks to develop “strong relationships with valuable customers in the highly competitive Las Vegas market.” This move is geared towards stabilizing movement and providing services for VIPs in a more suitable manner.

According to Greg Shulman, Vice President of Marketing at Palms Casino, hostVizOps was the top choice out of many selections.

Expectations of the Partnership

With this new deal between the two celebrated firms, hostVizOps is expected to increase the abilities of Palms Casino’s player development team as regards CRM tools.

VizExplorer’s hostVizOps comes with features including access to players’ data and task management to improve communications between the team and essential players at the casino. The best thing about the technological solution is that all can be done via mobile.

As it stands, preparations are still ongoing for the reopening of the Palms Casino. The retail gambling center was closed in 2020. Since then, there have been a series of ownership changes; the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians bought the property for an undisclosed fee from Red Rock Resorts in 2021.

The tribal organization, having spent over $600 million in renovation over the project, has plans to open the doors to customers on April 27. Activities planned for the launch includes a display of fireworks.
