VizExplorer to Become Technological Partner of Palms Casino Resort

There’s a lot of ongoing activity regarding the planned reopening of Palms Casino Resort. In a Tuesday announcement, the popular land-based casino revealed that top intelligence solutions provider for casinos, VizExplorer, will become a partner.

VizExplorer to Become Partner of Palms Casino Resort

VizExplorer will deploy its player development solutions program, “hostVizOps,” to the Las Vegas branch of Palms Casino. This comes as the casino operator seeks to develop “strong relationships with valuable customers in the highly competitive Las Vegas market.” This move is geared towards stabilizing movement and providing services for VIPs in a more suitable manner.

According to Greg Shulman, Vice President of Marketing at Palms Casino, hostVizOps was the top choice out of many selections.

“When evaluating tools for our player development team, hostVizOps quickly became the clear choice for us.” “We look forward to our host team at Palms leveraging this tool and seeing the benefits of partnering with VizExplorer.”

David Patent, the Chief Executive Officer at VizExplorer, had this to say,

“We are excited to be part of the reopening of Palms. hostVizOps will allow their hosts to be productive and efficient, enabling them to build outstanding relationships with their customers.”

    Expectations of the Partnership

With this new deal between the two celebrated firms, hostVizOps is expected to increase the abilities of Palms Casino’s player development team as regards CRM tools.

VizExplorer’s hostVizOps comes with features including access to players’ data and task management to improve communications between the team and essential players at the casino. The best thing about the technological solution is that all can be done via mobile.

As it stands, preparations are still ongoing for the reopening of the Palms Casino. The retail gambling center was closed in 2020. Since then, there have been a series of ownership changes; the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians bought the property for an undisclosed fee from Red Rock Resorts in 2021.

The tribal organization, having spent over $600 million in renovation over the project, has plans to open the doors to customers on April 27. Activities planned for the launch includes a display of fireworks.

    Who is VizExplorer?

VizExplorer is one of the most prominent digital solutions firms for casinos. They offer services, including consultations on choosing suitable revenue generation techniques for firms. They have been regarded as a leading software solutions provider, with their tools receiving international recognition.

Part of their objectives is to improve the ROI on all types of gaming operations, player development, and database marketing.

The San Manuel Band won’t be the first tribal operator to sign a deal with VizExplorer. Two other operators, the Mohegan Sun Pocono and the Navajo Nation, already have partnership agreements with them.

The firm will be on duty at the forthcoming National Indian Gaming Tradeshow and Convention, billed to hold from April 19-22, 2022. The venue is the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, California.
