Jackpot.com Review
Jackpot.com is slightly different from the other online casinos you will find at CasinoRider. Its unique selling point is that it lets you play international and national lotteries from across the world, giving you the chance to win huge jackpots. In addition to lotteries, there are also scratch cards, a casino, and a live casino. So what do we think of Jackpot.com? Find out in our detailed Jackpot.com review.

What is Jackpot.com?
Jackpot.com is run by Lottomatrix Operations Limited, a Malta-based company that offers Canadian players access to more than 30 leading world lotteries from across the world, such as the Euromillions, the Mega Millions, Powerball, and the UK lottery. Players should know they are not actually buying tickets directly into the lottery, but are wagering with Jackpot.com, which promises to match the winnings - even up to the jackpot which in the case of many lotteries can be hundreds of millions of dollars.
The lotteries and scratch cards are very much the focus of Jackpot.com, but there is also a casino and a live casino, which we’ll review in more detail below.
The platform is very professional looking with nice graphics and a solid layout. It’s pleasant to use on mobile and desktop. We find nothing much to fault it on, although you can’t see a full list of game providers in the casino which is a common gripe we have about online casinos.
Jackpot.com Games
The Jackpot.com casino has hundreds of games, including slots, jackpot and progressive games, table games, and scratchcards. Games can be filtered by type and are categorised by new, popular, and more. Progressive jackpots included King Blitz, Jackpot Giant, and Leprechaun’s Luck, all with jackpots approaching or well over a million dollars, were live when we reviewed the site.
The live casino features the latest hot games like Mega Fire Blaze Roulette, Quantum Roulette, Money Drop, Deal or Deal The Big Draw, alongside all the classics like live roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and poker games. It's not as big as the live casino at Amok Casino or Refuel Casino, but it has more than enough to keep you interested. Scratch cards are another big selling point of this casino, and if you like the thrill of instant wins, then there is a huge selection to choose from. The table games selection is very limited, though, with only 17 games to choose from, although the main ones like roulette and blackjack are there.
Game Providers at Jackpot.com
It’s hard to know exactly how many game providers are at Jackpot.com as they are not listed anywhere. You can search for game providers but can't see a list. Some proninent ones are Blueprint Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play’n GO, Quickspin, Inspired Gaming, iSoftBet and Microgaming.
As you can see, it’s a pretty short list. But Jackpot.com has already brought in a lot of features since launching so we would expect the game rage to improve over time soon.
Jackpot.com Promotions & Welcome Bonus and Loyalty
Jackpot.com is slightly unusual in that it doesn’t offer any welcome bonuses currently, although we know in the past they have offered limited Free Spins for new players. Instead, they offer discounts via subscriptions on popular lotteries. So, for example, you can claim 10% and 20% off Euromillions tickets with short and long-term subscriptions. You can also save money buying scratccards in bulk. In truth, these offers won’t really appeal unless you are playing at Jackpot.com just for the lotteries and scratch cards.
The casino was running Pragmatic Play’s popular Drops and Wins promotion when we played there. This is a cross-network promo that lets you win random cash drops playing selected Pragmatic Play slots. We didn't see any other promotions.
Jackpot.com Online Canada Payments
There is not a massive range of payment options for Canadian players, but the selection does cover the most common methods, so it's not really a complaint. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard are the available options
All deposits and withdrawals are free of charges. If withdrawing from the casino, the maximum withdrawal is $1,000 a day. There are no withdrawal limits related to the lottery side.
Jackpot.com Customer Support
Jackpot.com offers daily email, live chat and phone support, although this is limited to the hours of 11:00 CET-23:00 CET. The email support is at support@jackpot.com and the phone number is a UK number +441515414507.
In addition, if you have Facebook, you can chat with them via Facebook messenger, which is a customer support option we haven’t seen before.
Licensing and security
Jackpot.com has a license from the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). As one of the most well-respected regulators, it is proof enough that Jackpot.com casino adheres to the highest security standards. In addition, it has been in the market since 2016, and has built a strong reputation among casino players.
On a similar note, Jackpot.com has also put in place a number of responsible gaming tools. Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits allow to control your spending, while timeouts can stop your game temporarily. If you need a more permanent solution, you can ask for a self-exclusion from six months to indefinitely.
Jackpot.com Verdict
- Amazing selection of lotteries and scratch cards
- Smooth and professional website
- No withdrawal limits on lottery/scratch card wins
- Updated live casino releases
- No casino welcome offer and limited promotions
- Poor casino options and few game providers
- No 24/7 live support
Conclusion
Jackpot.com is doing something a bit different so it’s unfair to judge them solely on their casino offering. If you like playing the lottery and dream of winning big, then you can't go wrong at Jackpot.com. The range of lotteries and scratch cards is undoubtedly impressive. As a one-stop portal to play in the world’s best lotteries, it’s fantastic. You just know it's not the main focus of Jackpot.com, so it's naturally smaller. There are still some great games to play, particularly the progressive jackpots and the newest live casino games, but you are not going to have the range of games at more established casinos.
It's also hard to find out exactly how many games there are. We have estimated there are a few hundred, which, while still ok, is not competitive compared to most of the other casinos we have reviewed on CasinoRider. At the end of the day, it depends on what you want to use Jackpot.com for. If it's playing the lottery with the option of spinning the reels and enjoying a few wins on the side, then it's a great option. But if you are looking for pure casino, we recommended checking out some of the other casinos we feature on this site.
Jackpot.com FAQ
Yes, it holds multiple licenses including a Malta Gaming Authority license, a UK Gambling Commission license and more regional licenses in Ireland and Sweden. You can independently verify that these licenses are authentic by checking each regulator's site. You can trust that Jackpot.com will pay out your winnings. Players in Canada operate under the Malta license.
Not currently. Jackpot.com is not really into bonuses and offers that you find at other casinos. Its main selling point is access to lotteries so its promotions are geared to offering discounts and subscriptions on lottery tickets.
You can deposit and withdraw with several conventional methods at Jackpot.com. Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard are the ones available.
